A grammatical treatise, explaining the suttas (aphorisms) of Kaccāyana's grammar. It is generally ascribed to Kaccāyana himself, but sometimes Chapata is mentioned as the author and it is said that he wrote it at Arimaddana (Pagan) at the request of his pupil, Dhammacāri.
